The Caterpillar Song 
The caterpillar crept oh so slowly, (creep with 2 fingers up one arm)
Up popped his head (pop up index finger)
And this is what he said:

Oh I wish I were a little butterfly (wiggle index finger)
I wish I were a little butterfly!
I would fly so very high
Way up into the sky
Oh I wish I were a little butterfly!
Then! He spun a magical chrysalis (spin both index fingers around each other)
And got his very special wish!
Out popped his wings! And now he sings
Oh now I am a little butterfly (make a butterfly by locking thumbs together and making wings with your hands)
Now I am a little butterfly!
I am so very happy
As my wings go flippy flappy (fly butterfly around)
Oh now I am a little butterfly!


One Little Star
One little star twinkling in the sky
Alone and quiet and oh so very shy! (hold up an index finger)
It wished and wished and wished 
with all it's might (close eyes)
for a friend to stand beside it
in the dark and lonely night.
Then a spark of hope began to start (wiggle the index finger slightly)
and the light of that one star began to glow inside its heart! (index finger on heart)
The glow began to grow and grow and grow (trace a small circle with the index finger over your heart. Then trace bigger circles)
Til many stars all around the glow began to show! (wiggle all ten fingers)
Now the little star shines with a light it cannot hide (hold up all ten fingers high and wiggle them)
Because now it has many friends twinkling by its side.


Music is Everywhere
Raindrops falling on the trees (wiggle fingers as you move your hands in a downward motion from above your head)
Playing leaves like piano keys (move fingers along imaginary keyboard)
Wind (move hands in sweeping motion) and rain (fingers wiggle in a raining motion)
have their own special song,
Birds(lock thumbs together and create wings with hands, then flap) and bugs (crawl up your arm with two fingers)
sing right along
Listen Listen and you will hear(tug ear)
